The outstanding care, maintenance-free lifestyle, and comfortable amenities give residents the opportunity to enjoy making the most of each day. 10 Wilmington Place offers apartments that give residents the space to create a home where they can entertain friends or relax in privacy. Sitting on 35 acres of professionally maintained grounds, the community features areas where residents can stroll among the mature trees, meet with friends for a meal on the large patio, or attend a concert at the on-site amphitheater. Place has a very nice environment. The room is spacious and has a good floor plan with ample kitchen amenities. There are a multitude of activities available, but unfortunately my Mom is unable to take advantage of any. The friendliness of the staff is mixed - some very warm, but others somewhat detached. The food is pretty standard institutional quality, but since Mom is eating like a bird it makes little difference. Our executive chef has been with us for over 20 years, and we consistently receive complements about both the quality and creativity of our menu. In the future, please give feedback to our restaurant staff immediately so they can address any questions. We’re sorry for the confusion and frustration surrounding administrative contacts and billing during your mom’s hospitalization. We understand how stressful that situation must have been and encourage you to review the Handbook and Welcome Booklet where you will find staff roles and contact information. 10 Wilmington Place is the third place we tried for our father who suffers from dementia. When he lost his wife two years ago he could no longer live at home alone. We first tried around the clock care but realized he was too isolated. We then tried an assisted living facility in New Hampshire where he felt anxious and alone most of the time. PositiveAbove and beyond!
The entire experience of having our mother at 10 Wilmington has been wonderful in every respect. The residents are all engaged, happy and are treated with such care and respect from every member of the staff. The facility is gorgeous and well-maintainted, the food is delicious and the overall feeling of the community is just so pleasant. I feel so blessed that there is such a place as 10 Wilmington!

10 Wilmington is a beautiful community! All of the residents and staff are very kind. there are many nice sitting areas to relax and see friendly faces. The food is delicious, and I feel like I am dining in a restaurant every night. There is a library with all different varieties of books from fiction to non-fiction. I am very happy to be here!
