My mom is always clean and they take really good care of her. She had an instance where her oxygen level was low. They kept a watch on her blood pressure and she was taken to the hospital so them constantly paying attention to her health really makes me happy and know that she's being well cared for.

ACE ALF is a jewel. The level of care my dad received at other well known facilities can't compare to ACE. This place has been a blessing for my dad and our family. The staff has been so attentive to my dad. From overall hygiene, vibrant skin, and even a haircut and shave if needed, no detail is left undone in this facility. The fourth community my father has been in, this is the first one he has been in where he has never asked to go home. It is so clean and never smells. My father is 94 and no health issues; I noticed when I made the decision to place my father here, I saw the owner bringing all the residents snacks and as she was doing that, each and every resident smiled up at her and acknowledged her and gravitated to her, which says so much about her and the care she provides.
