family experience

my dad was there for over a year and they were not what they advertised. there was never more than 1 person working and sometimes there weren't any workers. no nutritious food, everything that was given to the residents was frozen food like TV dinners. no snacks unless residents provided their own. workers were annoyed if they had to do one on one attention to residents. the 1 good thing was that they kept the house clean

not what was promised

when I first interviewed A Comfort Home I was told there would be two full time staff on duty 24 hrs a day. but from day one there has never been more than one person on duty at anytime . I was told they have several activities everyday. there are no activities. all the food is processed no fruits or veggies and serving sizes for a 2 year old. I have had my person there for over a year and I visit at different times during the week it is always the same. the worker is busy doing the laundry or doing their own thin…

The staff at A Comfort Care Home are all friendly. The house is always clean and fresh. The owner communicates with the family just fine. The move in process was a breeze. The food is a lot of processed food, I would recommend more home cooked foods. Overall, I would recommend A Comfort Care Home to others.

Cozy environment

We chose A Comfort Care Home for our loved one because it is a smaller house with less people there. She was also able to get her own private room as well which was big. I really like the area that it is in, she feels at home and she loves it here. It is a very homey and cozy environment. We would definitely recommend them to others.

I would definitely recommend this community. The rooms are of average size, and my father enjoys the food. They have nice areas outside so the residence can walk, and can spend time outdoors and its well kept and clean.
