PositiveStaff - cannot offer valid comment today. I know of several changes which could be a sign of an issue, bit I couldn't comment and be accurate. Activities - for me in the independent area there wasn't much. You can always participate in bingo if they had staff to sit the game, choirs and singing which I was not interested in those activities. Nothing else that I can recall for activities. PositiveEveryone here is so kind - the tenants and especially the staff. I would very much recommend this community to others.

PositiveWhen it comes to the friendliness, f you're from TN I'd say a 5 but from anywhere else , a polite 2. The staff are not always the best in keeping us informed. I think the owners of the place keep them on a short leash for budget. Food doesn't compare to my last place in AZ.

Positive[name removed], Director of Marketing was a pleasure to work with. Not only did she know all the answers to our questions, she new the name of everyone in Independant living.

Positiveit was declining for my taste. Some residents complained on the lack of activities, I did participate in the few activities available. I rated the value for cost down because price hikes recently implemented didn't seem to in line with what was offered. Overall, for independent living I did not have any complaints, other than the direction of price. Which was the main reason I left. Staff that I was involved with were very friendly and always helpful.

They even searched her reclining chair until they found it hidden in one of the crevices of the chair. My mother loves the fact that she has a menu given to her a week in advance and if there's something she doesn't want to eat, she can order off there always available menu instead The maintenance staff is great, if there's ever an issue, you let the nurse know and she will file a work order and they take care of …
