A wonderful experience

There are occasions when the meals are a bit skimpy, but we stocked my mother's refrigerator with salads and cheese and cabinets have crackers and dry snacks. Rooms are cleaned regularly, staff is WONDERFUL and make sure everyone is invited personally to the many activities offered daily. My mother's outlook in general has improved, along with her physical health, since she has been there. We are all very pleased with how the move has worked out.

The on boarding was unsatisfactory. The ED was terminated the week after move in. There is a systemic cultural problem from the top down of complacency. Billing is inaccurate and the phrase "just pay it and we will sort it out" is the standard as answer. The new ED has been onsite almost 6 weeks. There has been some improvement but it is far too slow. From the outside looking in, it appears that corporate is disengaged and "it will get fixed when it gets fixed".
