Room for improvement

The lady at the front desk was often visibly asleep when i visited. My stepfather moved out of the building right past the front desk and wasn't questioned when he said he was going home. He left without seeing anyone, and had no medication. The nursing staff was great. The accommodation was excellent. He was involved in no activities, which was disappointing and had no reason to want to remain.

Room for improvement.

When it comes to the staff there are two fee and the rating for the value for cost depends on what you're looking for. If you want a place where you can drop off and forget, it's a great value. If you're concern is care, not so much.

I really liked the one bedroom located in the turret. Everything was centrally located. The staff was very accommodating. The interior common areas need a facelift. We aren’t ready to sell our home right now, but I wanted to start looking.

It has changed . I moved my loved one out, due to poor care and leadership not following through on holding staff accountable. As well as nursing staff not doing what should've done as well as cleanliness not being up to par they are serious infection control issues with cleaning the facility

I don't know where to start! At one point the place was getting ALOT better, there was management changes and it is absolutely terrible! The old management was always available and fixing problems and was absolutely amazing with residents! It was a great place to finally have loved ones in! Their new director is always promising things will be fixed and to give her a few weeks and nothing ever happens. It just continues to get worse every time I go in.
