Community Amenities and Services This community offers a variety of common areas and activities for all to enjoy. Workout in the fitness center, or swim laps in the pool. You can also work on your short game on the putting green. If games are your favorite, you’re always welcome to join friends for video games, bingo, bridge, or Rummikub in the game area. To connect with the broader community, intergenerational programs and volunteer opportunities are offered. You can also look forward to scheduled entertainment, lectures, and weekly worship services. Dining is a wonderful and elegant social experience at Addington Place. The formal dining room features high windows and plenty of natural light. Cooking staff provide flexible dining options, so you can eat on your schedule. There is also a bistro for a more casual dining experience. And be sure to stop by happy hour to socialize with friends and neighbors. Courteous staff will handle the housekeeping and offer a weekly laundry service. There is also an errand and shopping service, or staff can arrange transportation for you if you prefer. There is a full-service salon, making it easy to look and feel your best. Even better, when friends or relatives come to visit, they can stay in a dedicated guest suite! No matter where you live in the community, your care is important. The community provides all residents with an emergency pendant, which can summon help quickly and easily if ever needed. Assisted living and memory care residents will benefit from ongoing assessments and health monitoring from one of the on-site licensed nurses. This community offers three levels of care for assisted living and memory care residents. Independent and assisted living residents can choose from studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Independent living apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove as well as a washer and dryer. Assisted living apartments feature a kitchenette. Some apartments have a private, screened-in porch, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning as you enjoy the Florida weather. Memory care apartments are available as private or semi-private suites and include enough space for a bed as well as a cozy sitting area. Positive1-7 all 5s! It's an amazing place. Truly. I am so grateful to [name removed] for having that on the "Stuart" area list I had asked her for. As far as value, you get what you pay for, thus all the 5s. However, it is pricey at the very top & a bit over the budget.

CriticalDated musty independent living facility. The pumped in sent used to mask unpleasant odors in common areas is obnoxious. Food, mediocre at best. Management is 100% looking out for the best outcomes for the bottom line. The staff cleaning resident rooms leaves much to be desired. Our relative had breathing difficulties, one evening pressed the alert, pendant residents wear around their neck, alert went to Security , the night staff, he called us annoyed and frustrated.
