CriticalTerrible care of my mother, dirty and depressing!
My mom has lived hear for two years and has dealt with the following: Fights to get a shower (basically is ignored and lucky to get one a week). The food is atrocious: Dry sandwiches with chips or burnt frozen crap (hot dogs, fries . . .etc.) The rooms are dirty and the entire place needs a serious renovation. I wish I had the money to offer her better care. She worked all her life and now with her physical disabilities needs to be some place where there are at least people around. She is depressed all the time…
