I have been happy with my mom being able to have her own apartment. The staff, keep it clean. My Mom seems to be happy attending the activities and has been making new friends. She has been receiving the assistance that she needs and would have not been getting this at home. As she needs assistance with her Inc. And changing her clothes. My brother [name removed] started there in memory care in [date removed], slowly graduated to independent care, and then left the facility in [date removed]. All of the staff were very helpful, courteous, respectful. Cleanliness of the place was average as was the food. I’m very impressed with the historic school house building. It is definitely a unique place to live and has a lot of character! Which makes it a must-see in person location. When I toured the building the staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Their residents seemed very happy and their were lots of activities going on. I definitely would recommend Ahva Living to anyone who needs, independent or assisted living or even memory care. They also offer short respite care stays too. Check this plac…

I toured this facility and it's a very old building and kind of run down. Also, not a great location.

Recent Visit

I visited a friend at Ahva Living and found the staff to be very friendly, courteous and helpful. Ahva is a beautiful building with a historic value that lends to a very homelike environment. The residents & staff attended to the resident's needs. Residents were very active and social as evident in visiting in the common areas with other residents and staff. Residents mentioned they were very happy at Ahva Living, including my friend.
