PositiveWe are quite pleased with them so far. The paperwork is fairly intimidating, but their intake manager,[name removed], guided me step by step through it. She was patient and kind and explained every step. Because they transfer patients from self pay to Medicaid, the paperwork is required by the state. That explains why it's so complicated! PositiveI am very content living at Heritage Woods. My apartment is very comfortable and convenient. The nurses and CNAs are very attentive and convenient. The food is good and I may also eat in my room if I so desire. There are activities every day. Also a small store 2 days a week.

Positivethe staff is very attentive to my loved one. My loved one loves the meals and the options that they give you. The staff does offer my loved one activities on there level. CriticalWe had a terrible time getting my loved one in there. He was accessed by a nurse and he express that he needed help with meds and they agreed they could help but after a month of no help they approached him and the family and told us they could not help. When family talked to mgmt. nurse said we must have misunderstood her. She was covering her butt. The office staff is not friendly and always give us the incorrect information. They need to see that they are dealing with the elderly and need to explain things more …
