CriticalI rate it a 3-4, because the activity director, [name removed], is awesome & tries to make everyone happy. You know that's hard to satisfy a bunch of adults, especially women. They don't serve meals, except for continental breakfast about 4 days a week. Everyone looks forward to these. We have a lot of potlucks & different celebrations every week. Once a month is birthday celebration, holiday party, bingo, card games, crafts, painting etc. They try make sure there something for everyone. The flower beds & lawns …

PositiveIt's been fine so far. Would like transportation provided but that's about it. People and staff are friendly. Activities are all nice- rooms are comfortable and really like all the kitchen cupboards. Safety features are adequate. All in all Album Quail Springs is a nice place to live.
