★★★★★
PositiveVery good experience. Do your homework on pricing for apartments; level of care cost, transportation and laundry services. Then go to Aldea. I think families will find that they are just as competitive if not a little more than other assisted living in the area.

PositiveI think our overall experience was a 5/5 for my mom. She was mostly independent, and did not require assistance other than with administering her medications. The Nursing Director [name removed] was absolutely fantastic and I knew I could rely on her to check my mom out at anytime. I cannot say enough nice things about [name removed]!! All of the nursing staff were very nice and caring. My mom was happy during the time she stayed there. [name removed] really took care of all of my mom's needs which included providi…

PositiveMy mom has only been there since [date removed] but right now I'd say [name removed]. When I was looking at facilities it was the cleanliness along with the amazing staff. It meant a lot that main staff members have been there for a long time. I would definitely recommend based on what I know now. Nothing to add at this time!

It seems a lot of his clothes get damaged by "bleach" and he claims it doesn't smell fresh. They should be more concerned with the whereabouts of the residents and patient. Also, my dad got scabies and we never found the source

PositiveCheck out insurance for people who want to see medical personnel at the facility. Not all insurance is accepted by those medical professionals that come in to see the residents; some just don't show up. However, Aldea green will transport people to medical appts within a 10 mile radius twice a week. My dad has utilized this many times and has never had an issue with it. The staff will bend over backwards to make sure these residents get there. MS Activities appear to be slim.... but nice out door areas if the resi…

PositiveSo far, everything has been a 5/5. My mom doesn't partake in the activities, just because she can't communicate, so no opinion there really. The Director of Nursing there, [name removed], is absolutely phenomenal. She knows everything about every resident and is available by cell phone ALL the time. I'll message her on a Sunday (and apologize for bugging her on a weekend) and she is responsive and always eases my mind on things going on with my mom if I can't get to her immediately. She'll have a staff nurse check …
