This facility is recently renovated with a group of caring employees. My friend is very happy with their care. New owners has done a wonderful job of upgrading the facility in the last couple years. Close to church and other activities.

The place was sold. New owners are ok but don't know them. Breakfast gets a 4 but the rest gets a 3. The activities are unknown, our loved one does not participate. Yes, I would recommend the community to other families but it would depend on the person. My dad doesn't mind that it's a little old and rundown. He loves the trees and outdoor area. My mom would not like it. She is in a different facility.

Cloudberry has a homey atmosphere and the staff care and know their residents and their needs. We chose this place because of the setup of the rooms to the other areas. The medical team is available 24/7 in case a situation arises.

Overall a very welcoming setting and staff. The rooms were perfect for the residents in terms of size. They kept the place immaculately. It felt like you were walking into a house. I felt welcomed there. They were reasonably priced for the services provided. They responded when I needed them too, unlike others I was trying to work with. It’s also conveniently located.They were available whenever I needed. They definitely cared about my mom and her care. Only point to fix would be ordering of pharmacy when residence…
