PositiveThe facility was clean and organized. The marketing guy was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to answer our questions. We met the management team. They were very kind as well. Unfortunately, we were not there at a meal time and didn’t really get to talk with any residents. However we saw a couple of light hearted, fun exchanges with the staff and residents. They both seemed to enjoy the exchange. The reason for “4” ratings on value and condition were because of no washer/dryer option in unit and no pool. Als…

New building, very safe, very clean, super friendly staff. A great selection of food for dinner, lunch and breakfast overall, feeling of happiness and welcoming. Staff has been super helpful with any issues that have arisen. I'm from where to move in furniture and uh if she has a problem with her cable, they take care of it immediately.
