What we like the most about the community is that the people are friendly, caring, and neighborly. The communication between admin staff and residents could be better, but they are short staffed right now, so with a full staff this issue may be resolved or minimized. Yes, we would recommend Parkview community to other families.

The staff is friendly, the food is good, and the facility is clean with great activities. My mom has a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen—about 650 square feet—with a large walk-in closet. Not all units are the same, but hers also includes a small patio that overlooks the courtyard, which she really enjoys. Apartments include full kitchens and washer/dryer hookups. Weekly light cleaning service. In your monthly fee it includes a weekly cleaning service but they are not showing up. They are being used for other things in the complex. Since you are collecting the money in the rent I am very concerned about this. It is not something I feel you should be ignoring.

PositiveMy experience at Parkview in Allen
This has been a very good experience. My one bed room apt has an excellent floor plan with lot of closet and storage space. My experience with the dining has ranged from good to very good. I think some is just a matter of personal preferences. Service is very good. I have been very pleased with the activities and have been welcomed to learn new games and just meet other tenants in general.
