PositiveThe facility was clean and well maintained. The 24 hour nursing and on-site physical therapy are a huge plus. I also like that we can bring some of Mom's furniture from home. The fact that they don't let residents hide in their room is also a big plus. Will be moving Mom here soon.

Staff offers wonderful communication and care. They are responsive to our questions and offer insight to the change needs and progression of our loved one. The community is new, bright and cheerful. The residents are happy and social which is wonderful to see everytime we visit. Really feels like a family friendly feel for our mother! We have seen her really come to life since she moved in.

They keep clients busy. But as far as overall care, they don't pay attention to the clients as much as they should. Especially when you are paying for an enhanced care setting, they need to cater to more needs of clients.

The rooms are a decent size and are kept clean by the staff, laundry is done once a week with no issues, there are 3 scheduled meals a day and entertainment. The staff is friendly, caring and make it a point to know everyone's name.
