Starting with meeting with coordinator, she was great. We met all of the staff, which were friendly. We noticed immediately the cleanliness and the residents mingling about. Since my mom has been in Rose Lane Memory Care, we have noticed a difference in her. They engage her in activities and make sure she eats. These were our biggest concerns. Highly recommend this facility

It was very disappointing that administration took a back seat , and offered little assistance when they decided she couldn't live there anymore. All American administration was not horrible. They just handled the situation very poorly. And I don't think it had to come to the finality the day derived at.
