PositiveApartment size is good. The resident refrigerator was way too small and low to the ground, which is good for people in wheelchairs and bad for people who can't really bend down. I give the entire community five stars because the staff to resident ratio was great. The staff was wonderful and caring. My brother really enjoyed how small the community was so he got to really know people and he's pretty shy.

PositiveThe staff and communication was superb. They truly form a bond with the patients and it becomes more of a extended family. The staff were great and they made the place. I have one concern I’d like to share. When my family member moved in, I understood that after two full years of private payment, she would be able to remain at the community once Medicaid began. PositiveFor the most part, this facility is great. Especially [name removed]. She couldn't have been more helpful. All of the aides are great except for one who is particularly nasty. Also, mom lost socks, panties and a pair of pajama bottoms after she sent them to the laundry.

PositiveThe Culinary Director and I have had many conversations about food. We have committees. The staff is friendly and there when needed. I am impressed with the cleanliness. My health has improved so I am leaving the community, but I will miss everyone.

PositiveTylers Mill-I love it here. It is very nice and everyone is pleasant and kind. Sometimes we go on trips to the dollar store and Walmart. The food is excellent and everyone is like family. I wouldn't change a thing.
