Medical staff weren’t very friendly and sometimes came off as rude. Medicine also wasn’t always given on time, which was frustrating and made things feel a bit unorganized. Overall, it just didn’t feel like the level of care or attention you’d expect.

I'd say between a 4 and 5. What we like the most about the community is the beautiful atmosphere, solid management and attentive staff, and fun activities. Our loved one in [date removed], so it has been awhile, but based on the experience we would definitely recommend the community to others.

The biggest is help turn over. Some are there just for money. FOOD on memory care side need serious help, but the chef is willing to listen

Accepting each stage of life gracefully

I have found the staff to be warm and loving and dedicated to making us all as comfortable as they can. The food is usually very good and you have a choice to eat what is on the menu for today or order off the menu. It is very clean here. There are lots of activities to get involved in if you choose! The key to being content is coming with the right attitude.

Beautiful Ski Lodge like living. Veterans are honored and appreciated weekly. Open bar free drinks Thursdays. The staff is friendly and helpful. Issues do occur as they do everywhere but are handled quickly and professionally. The dining area is restaurant style service with an all the time open menu and an ever-changing daily menu. This review is specifically regarding the memory care component, not the entire building. The sales managers will say and do anything to get you to pay the [fee removed] entry fee and move your loved one to their care. After we explained, repeatedly, that Dad needed medication to help him rest and combat his Lewy Body Dementia hallucinations, they assured us that their geriatric psychologist would see him right away and get him started with medication. After your father’s departure from our community, our team was in contact with your family on Wednesday, January 1st and learned that your father was at Encompass Rehabilitation, experiencing serious complications from psych medications administered there. We were informed that he was initially unresponsive to eating or drinking and unable to talk, though later updates indicated he was awake and talking. While it was a relief to hear that his condition improved, we fully recognize the emotional toll this series of events has had on you and your family. We have carefully reviewed the circumstances surrounding your father’s time with us and the decisions made regarding his care. We are committed to delivering exceptional and personalized care, however we always acknowledge where we can make improvements in our processes to ensure positive outcomes for our residents and clearer communication with families. We understand your concerns about the actions taken and the impact they had, and we are taking them very seriously.
