Superior Residences of Clermont has provided exceptional service & care for the residents of South Lake County with both Assisted Living & Memory Care. Opened in 2003, Superior has been the Assisted Living of choice for over 10 years. Our community is located in the heart of Clermont on Hunt Trace Boulevard near South Lake Hospital. Our community is beautifully designed & appointed. Spacious apartments with beautiful views of the unique rolling hills of Clermont, lakes, and the famous Citrus Tower. We offer several different styles of rooms that vary in size. Oak Hill Studio, Cypress Cove Studio, Montrose 1-BR, Louisa 1-BR, Magnolia 1-BR, & Royal Palm 2-BR. All residents receive premium care individualized for their needs, and rates are determined by the services included in their personalized care plan. Superior Residents of Clermont Memory Care also has a unique residence offering live-in care for patients at various stages of Alzheimer's & dementia-related illnesses. Our specialized services allow our residents to transition in a familiar, stable, & caring environment as their conditions change. Citrus Cove offers accommodations for couples in which one person is affected by Alzheimer's. Couples can stay together, yet have staff & support available in a secured setting. Residents are welcome to join both Assisted Living & Memory Care activities and dining, as best suited to their individual needs. Lakeview Place offers both private & semi-private apartments. We provide just the right amount of care & guidance for residents who are in beginning stages of Alzheimer's. It has it's own activities program & dining room. Hillside Terrace offers both private & semi-private apartments for residents who require a higher level of care & supervision. Our staff is specially trained to care for those in mid to later stages of Alzheimer's & other related disorders. Hillside Terrace offers a specialized activity program, & their own dining room. Superior Residences of Clermont understands every resident has different needs & desires. Our concept of care reflects that belief. We have created an environment that allows flexibility & choice. Our expert staff is compassionate about seniors & enjoys knowing & spending time with our residents.

I think the fact that the people there were so nice and accommodating and also my sister [name removed] seemed to enjoy the people there and still does. For her everything is perfect except the food but she doesn't care for but I find that that's not unusual. Have a nice day.

They have good staff employees specifically [name removed] in Memory Care. [name removed]is also good employee. Food is good. Room size is good. Feedback: I wish Housekeeping would clean more than the 1 time a week. Weekends are also short staffed compared to Monday thru Friday. Also, a few times I have left messages for nurse station to call back and they have not returned call.

When I visited, I noticed how good the food looked and my sister said that it was quite good. The staff were so very attentive. My sister had no complaints and they always answered my questions. They were friendly, kind and compassionate not to just my sister but to all of the residents. I have a tremendous amount of respect for them because their jobs are not easy. The staff is very friendly and always helpful but the cafeteria staff can be rude. Recently a nurse was waking mom up after 9 pm to come get her own medication. This happened several times and upset my mom but I've been assured the issue won't happen again. Mom's medication is supposed to be brought to her.

She doesn't get her meds on time. They don't answer her call bell. They rarely clean or do laundry. She has had to put clean sheets on the bed by herself. She hates the food and often makes something in her apartment.
