PositiveFantastic staff and facilities
They are engaged, and invested emotionally and physically with the residents. Even coming back in late evening to be with the family members when the spouse passed away. They are so very accommodating to any request from the residents. I can't say enough about the staff. The facilities are immaculate and the setup encourages interaction and activities.

The only person I remember at The Canopy was [name removed] and she was great. My mom never got to move in because she had a fall at home, and ended up in a nursing home. The staff and facility was very nice and I recommend them to anyone wanting a great home.

Newer facility. Bright and welcoming. Staff is courteous and caring. Onsite nurses and caregivers. As well as therapy personnel. Apartments are great size. Showers are wheelchair accessible. Dining area bright. Food is great. Activities galore. 24 hour availability of coffee, water, sodas, fruit and cookies. I highly recommend The Canopy.

I would recommend the facility. The meals are a good quality. The staff makes mom feel cared for. The current LPN is very good about returning emails and answering my concerns. I have the Director's cell phone #. When I have had issues, things were made right. They have activities in the afternoon. They recently had a Valentine's Day dinner, which the family payed $10 each to attend. Mom is now in Memory Care. The price went up $[removed] when we moved over and then rates went up by $[removed].
