PositiveWe visited 3 places, staff at all were extremely helpful, friendly and gracious. We chose Alto because of location. We would recommend any of the three, services, cost, and amenities were similar. (Wesley's in Macon did not offer the level of care we were looking for). We have been over the top pleased with Alto Warner Robins. The staff (all that we've met) have been very friendly and accommodating, I feel like they've gone out of their way to make the transition for my mother in law easy, but I'm pretty sure that'…

PositiveMy mom is very happy and the staff has been helpful, caring and nice. My mom is taking advantage of physical therapy being offered and her strength has improved greatly since moving in. She's very happy and so is our family!!

CriticalThe assisted living side is good, but the memory care side.....I would not recommend for anyone. They do not have enough workers to take care of how many residents are living there. Most of the residents sit in the little lobby watching TV all day until it's time to go back to retire to their rooms. What a life!!! Positive[name removed] was wonderful with admitting and getting my Aunt settled in. The entire staff was very caring
★★★★★
PositiveAll the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Every time we visit my mom, the staff are always saying how much they love her and how nice she is. They call her by name and are very personable. The facility has a lot to offer with there outdoor spaces, scheduled activities, and occasional family/friend gatherings. My sisters and I are very pleased with the care my mom receives as well. The Canopy is a great place and I would highly recommend it.

PositiveThe food is good as far as I can tell from my uncle. My uncle has Alzheimer's so it is hard for me to know what is true and not true about his comments. But I think overall they do a good job. There are a few staff members he does not like, but I can't tell if it's them or his dimensional issues.
