PositiveExtremely satisfied. American House is a great fit for mom
5 on all. I am very pleased with the interaction with them. I live 4.5 hours away and was notified of power outages due to storms. They are all friendly and helpful when I contact them anytime. Mom set up a family gathering to remember dad after a year of passing and the facility was very helpful and food was great Lots of activities. When I came into town she had to work me into her schedule for a visit

PositiveEnjoyed the tour and lunch. Had lots of options in housing and additions. Very friendly staff and some unknown residents came up to us and declared how much they enjoyed living there. It would be on my list when our time gets closer. Not ready yet.

My parents have only been there a month but so far I would rate everything a 5. The staff could not be more friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Friendly and helpful staff. They truly care about the residents. The facility is neat and clean. The only improvement I can suggest is that the tubs in assisted living should be walk in showers; not tub cut outs.

American House Cedar Lake is an excellent facility. The staff is well trained, responsive and very caring. American House has a "neighborhood" feel to it. Residents are active and quite friendly to each other.
