Wonderful staff

Staff was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating to my mom's needs. They genuinely cared about her well being. The food was okay. The apartment was bright, sunny and very clean. The building itself was clean and didn't feel like an assisted living facility. Always smelled clean and fresh.

They're very caring and show my grandma a lot of love. The CNAs are super friendly, and they always have a lot of activities going on to help keep the residents busy. I would recommend them to others

Very nice, historic building. The director, [name removed] was very helpful, offering great insights about finding a community for my Mom. Unfortunately, it is too far away from my home and the neighborhood is marginal. Because of the building’s history, it has a vintage/antique feel that my Mom would not appreciate, so I decided it would not be a good fit for her. That said, it would be a perfect fit for someone who appreciates the history of the building. Bardwell’s program and standard of care seems great.

I enjoyed the tour. Staff were very pleasant and residents seemed happy. Since residents were having dinner and were happy. Some liked the food others thought it was just ok. It’s a repurposed hospital so the hallways feel very much like an older style hospital. The rooms were nice. Very bright with a lot of natural lighting. Very clean. I felt the memory care was smaller than others I’ve seen which may be more comfortable for some. My primary concern is how well my family member will adapt to moving from their…

Review for Bardwell Residences

Bardwell Residences was formerly Copley Hospital where both my children were born. The complex means a lot to the city and those who know its history. The staff is responsive to any needs. At times communication has gaps among cnas so this is best suited for someone a bit more self sufficient. Overall we are are making it work with no plans to change.
