Positivea nice community but needs improvement.
American House ended up not being the ideal placement for my client. He often complained about unresponsive staff and attitude of staff. He ended up being transferred to a skilled nursing facility, had multiple admissions to the hospital, and ended up passing away just before Christmas. This patient absolutely refused to be admitted to a skilled nursing facility from acute rehab and American House would have been an ideal setting if he were more self motivated to improve.
