The "dance" their staff does with keeping up on diaper changes, moving residents to where they need to be and then housekeeping coming through and cleaning without disturbing the residents. My mother NEVER looked unwashed or uncared for. She was assisted when she needed it and given freedom when she didn't. She passed unexpectedly and then the staff supported me and followed up with me days.

The communication is poor. If you try to find out info about your loved one, they say someone will call you, but nobody does. Many times the phone just rings and you get a voicemail, and again nobody responds.

PositiveFriendly Atmosphere
Everything is going fairly well. Mom did fall a few weeks ago and has a break in her hip. Therapy is helping. She is very happy being there and that's a plus. The food is very good, we just have to encourage her to go to the dining room to eat. It took a little while for her to adjust but it's going better. It was a good choice. We would recommend Amoroso to others.
