Very caring, friendly and professional staff. Keep family informed of any and all changes with mothers’ condition. Always welcome visitors even with no notice. It’s a no frills community (no fitness center, no pools, no shopping trips, etc). It provided the basics that met our needs (24/7 monitoring, feeding, bathing, medication, some outdoors activity/walking) The RN spoke Chinese which is of great help. The nurses take good care of my father. There is a TV set in my father's room. When several visitors bring food to eat with my father, they allow us to use the kitchen for the meal. They serve my father Chinese food, which he prefers to American food.
