I don't have a lot of positive things to say about our parents experience. They are on the waitlist for [community removed] and we are hoping to be out of Angels Touch within the next few months. I do not recommend this facility. We expected better for the high price we pay. Often cold and repeat meals, don't always get what's on menu.

Friendliness of staff - varies from staff to staff member. Quality of care- laundry is a 2. Lost items of given to another resident. They are very busy and most of the time a 4. Meals and Dining- there is a new cook and she is an improvement. Tired of scrambled eggs in the morning. Activities- the activities I like the best or the ones where they bring in musicians and singers. Value for cost- all places are expensive. Their cost goes up my cost goes up. The price is in line with other places.

My husband was at Angels Touch Assisted Living for a little over a year. During that time he was given good care, kindness and patience. The associates were above and beyond what I had experienced at former places with other family members. I think the difference is that they truly care for their residents showing love and compassion. I highly recommend Angels Touch Assisted Living. I never doubted that I had him in the best place he could be.
