I'm so happy that I chose Arabella of Longview as my home ??. The staff is professional, but friendly. We are like family here. The only problem I might have is the percentage of rate increase! I love living here.

PositiveThe best health care
My parents [name removed] and [name removed]lived at assisted living in Longview for 15 months and independent living for 4 years. I can't say enough of the staff and care they gave to them. Thanks so much for the quality of care and love given. They miss you all. A special thank you to [name removed] who was the best advocate for our parents always making an effort to make them feel comfortable and cared for. PositiveGood Value for Cost
Overall, our experience at this facility has been good so far. If I had to do it over again, I'd still choose this facility, but there have been a few challenges. There's been a lot of turnover, which causes things to be inconsistent. Housekeeping, for example, varies. The cleanliness of the facility is good, but my loved one's living area varies from good to really good. I will say, the smell of urine used to be noticeable most times when I would visit, but has totally gone away in the last 3 weeks or so. That's b…
