My dad doesn't like being there. He says the food is tasteless. When I've been there, the food looks good. The facility is kept really clean. The van has been broken down, so he has not been able to go on any outings. It is my understanding that it is fixed now. They only give dad a bath on m, w, f, which he also doesn't like. Review for Mustang Creek Estates Allen

They are good. I wish we would get monthly or 2x a month updates on the person there, how they are doing. I would especially like to know if the loved one is being compliant with meds

Couldn't be more pleased with the care my father received. Everything was 10. People were very caring and compassionate. Felt like they truly made effort to bond with my dad and make his stay be the best it could. Accommodations were good. Good was good. Felt like home away from home for him. Truly believe those working there felt called to serve and it showed.

Highly recommended Mustang Creek

The sign-up process was extremely smooth and the people were very helpful. They also were very good about answering questions. Whenever I would call to ask about mom, everybody was very friendly.

Overall would recommend!

Staff is overall good during the week but would get a 3 on the weekends...staff is more young guys on the weekends & holidays, often sitting around on their phones instead of interacting with the residents. The facility is good and overall clean. It lacks nice outdoor spaces in most of the houses. Most do have small porches w some seating. Activities are good but the resident has to be open or in the mood to do it...wish they pushed them to participate a little more...

Mustang Creek is a great place for our mom.

My mom is truly enjoying her residency at the Allen, Texas Mustang Creek Estates (MCE) assisted living campus. My wife and I have watched mom "blossom" since she became a resident at MCE. The staff working at her "house" are kind, considerate, and encouraging as they interact with mom. (It is not uncommon, when we visit, to see mom joking with staff, being hugged by staff....)
