Positive.Would recommend
I like the button they wear around their neck. This was the only facility that had those and was the main reason I chose it. One facility had them but the patient would have to be close to a wall, which isn't always handy depending on where they fell. Everyone is very friendly.

PositiveOverall a Nice Community
My mom is essentially happy at Arbor House. She enjoys the activities and games. The food is acceptable. Sometimes she is happier with the food. They are under staffed a good part of the time but her best friend that she has known for about 85 years moved in there and that has been great for her. Her medication is sometimes late but she knows they are busy.

We were very pleased with Arbor House. I didn't give it a 5 on everything because there were a few little things from time to time, but nothing significant. The staff took good care of her, they were friendly and you could tell they genuinely cared about her. The thing that made me the happiest was my sister telling me over and over, "Thank you for finding this place for me." She was happy and relaxed there, enjoyed the exercise classes, and spending some time outside in the courtyard. Some of the staff would come …

Arbor House is an assisted living facility. What my parent really needed was a memory care facility. I guess I did not want to face up to that fact; I wish I had been told that to begin with.
