Truly care about the residents.

My brother, husband, and myself recently toured Brookdale. My 90 year old mother was needing a assisted living home. We were greeted at the door by a welcoming young man. Our appointment was with [name removed] and she arrived promptly for our meeting. She explained things about the facility and then offered to show us the rooms she had available. Stacy listened to us about my mother’s needs and was able to show us the floor plan of the room we wanted. She has been very helpful in getting the room ready for Mom.

Best Decision for my Mother

The staff are amazing. They are attentive, loving and catch when something just isn't right with the resident. The meals are very nutritious as well. I ate many meals with my Mother. The activities to keep residents engaged and active are fun as well.

Qualified recommendation

Staff are friendly. The facility is a bit dated. They could improve by increasing the staffing and modernize the rooms. I would only recommend this facility based on the residents needs.

Wonderful place for my mom

Brookdale of Norman, Oklahoma has a wonderful staff and facility. Mom is 89 years old. She has lived with me almost 5 years since my Dad passed away. In April she fell and fractured two vertebrae in her back. She had surgery, then went to skilled nursing and Regan. Her back got infected. She went back to the hospital for 2 weeks antibiotics and then went to hospital rehab. She went one night to Brookdale, wouldn’t call for help and fell and broke her hip. Very caring, and communication was exceptional

The nurses are amazing. Some of the staff are really exceptional. I've received calls anytime there was a concern, and I could always get ahold of someone if I needed to. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Norman to others, it was a great choice for us. Oh, and the cook, [name removed], was amazing!
