We feel they didn't listen to us about her level of care. Not until we said we were removing her, did they offer to change things. She is at [facility name removed] now and we are very happy.

Not What We Were Sold On

Our loved one was put in memory care at the last minute. She was being discharged from rehab and we didn't have time to change where she was going. It was a disaster... she didn't belong there. She couldn't make any meaningful friendships, participate in all the activities that we were sold on, or have a choice about her meals. Review for Arbor Terrace Basking Ridge

Arbor Terrace offers numerous opportunities for resident engagement. The staff is very attentive. Meal time offers another opportunity for socialization and the food (by menu) is wonderful. We are in a shred room - each have a bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen is shared. My mom is thriving there.

I would 100% recommend. The staff there is wonderful

Every category is a 5, with the exception of meals/Dining. I'd give that a 4. The menu is limited, even though they have specials everyday (2 choices I believe), the regular menu could use more options . For the most part the food is good though. Also, they stop serving lunch at 2. Sometimes that's a problem if you have a dr appt. off property.
