The staff we interacted with during the admission process were very kind, supportive, and helpful. However, our experience with the medical care was mixed. We felt the facility may not have been fully equipped to handle someone with more complex health needs. While everyone was compassionate and well-intentioned, there were moments where communication and confidence in managing care could have been stronger.

I loved everything about this facility!! I’m definitely interested in having my aunt become a resident!

Genuine care

"Most" are genuinely caring and attentive. The staff help me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with the general.

My Review of Brandywine Assisted Living at Middlebrook Crossing

We can't say enough about Brandywine Assist Living. After searching many facilities, and trying to find the right one; we had no doubt we found the perfect place for my mom. Not only was the staff very friendly and accommodating, there was never a time when we couldn't get through to the front desk. There are always many questions to be answered at a new place, whenever we needed to speak to a nurse they would always call back in a timely manner.

My review of Brandywine

We cant say enough about Brandywine Assistant Living. After searching many facilities, and trying to find the right one; we had no doubt we found the perfect place for my mom. Bravo to Brandywine MIddlebrook Crossing

Our family is indebted to the amazing staff at Brandywine MIddlebrook Crossing especially during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown. We had some special circumstances that required extra care during the lockdown and the staff was incredibly responsive to the needs of our family. The community spaces are clean as a whistle and never anything out of place. The activities staff is full of fun ideas for the residents enjoy all they have to offer. We looked at a lot of places and as soon as we stepped foot into Brandywine …
