Arbor Terrace is a safe ,friendly, clean and comfortable residence where the caring atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The Executive Director, Farah Siddiqui, is an exceptional leader who is always available to residents. Not the place for your loved one!

My mother was there for over three years and the level of care continued to decline as she needed more care. Medications were messed up and left laying on the floor (more than once); feces was not cleaned up on bedding (more than once); rather than attend to her incontinence issues, they would double up her Depends. Was left in room to eat all three meals - never encouraged to join others. Doctors orders were given to help with bathing and brushing teeth - neither happened. Good place with room for improvement

I rate all categories as a 5 with the exception of item 5, meals/dining. My mom does not care for the taste of the food at dinner. She loves the oatmeal at breakfast, lunch is OK, but I think dinners don't have enough flavor for her. She says it just doesn't taste good. The other thing I will point out is their laundry service. Laundry does not come back folded properly and is very wrinkled. They also don't treat stains. We have gotten to where my sister does mom's personal laundry and just let Arbor Terrace take c…

A nice community

The quality of care is great, but he doesn't need much care. The meals are good, but he doesn't do many meals there. For the activities, they could mix it up a little more. Tracey is really great. AL is expensive everywhere. Yes, we would Absolutely, recommend this community to other families, but he doesn't require much care.

If you don't need memory care: this is a great place to live! if you need memory care: make sure you are fully physically capable of managing your own needs (hygiene/mobility/etc) you'll enjoy it, but if you are in continent and don't have the physical ability to maintain yourself, this is not the place you want to be. Beautiful Facility with a Fantastic Staff

My mother-in-law loves her one bedroom apartment. The fact that she liked it so much made it easier for her to leave her home of 50 years We cannot really rate this. She does not require any daily care (she has memory loss). People stop in to check in on her multiple times a day and she is administered her medicines twice a day.
