The staff were consistently kind, patient, and respectful, and it was clear that many of them genuinely cared about the residents. PositiveStaff is warm, friendly, and they give the residents a lot of attention. Activities are well thought out, but seem geared more to women (probably because that is the majority of residents). Wish there were more activities to interest the men. Lots of live music, which is always loved, and seasonal and holiday-themed events. Many opportunities to involve friends and family.
