Positive[name removed], the sales director, gave me a tour. On behalf of my elderly parents, I visited the facility to see if it met the needs of my parents. [name removed] was professional and informative. She took the time to answer all of my questions. I was impressed with the size of the 2 bedroom apartment. The facility was immaculately clean.

PositivePeople, including the tour guide were kind and friendly. The tour guide even stayed late one evening to accommodate me not being able to drive so I had to have a relative bring me. I thought that was really special. The place was neat and clean and homely enough. I appreciated the larger rooms for storage, although the kitchenette was small. The tour guide says the staff would wash any dishes in the sink if we would like and also do the laundry. Small place for two people, nice enough but furniture looked a little …

Many facilities were looked into, but Vitality was the only 'assisted living' that would accept my mom with her limited mobility. Many were checked into! The family really liked the apartment setting. The staff/home health helped her tremendously move muscles she hadn't worked in years! In her only 3 mos there, she got stronger as a result & began doing so much independently! She left a more expensive skilled nursing center before moving to Vitality. We would've loved for her to continue residing there, but it w…
