Friendly staff

The staff that works with the patient are phenomenal. The front office staff are pleasant and friendly. The cleaning staff are always friendly and cleaning every time I visit. The rooms are small but I believe are the perfect size for patients that are dependent on care. All the food looks like home style meals versus institutional dining. The facility is very strict regarding what's allowed in patients rooms which was fascinating as some of the restricted items were requested or required at other facilities.

Night to Remember Formal Dinner. The Activity room was transformed into a fine Dining experience. The Residents dressed up in beautiful outfits. The Residents were so excited to be dressed up. The food was out standing. And the staff was so kind and courteous. Hats off to the staff. Wow what a great staff. Thanks for a night I won't forget.

The perfect care mom needs

We as a family always thought we could provide the care my mother needed at home, but as time moved on we realized she needed more care than we were capable of providing. My sister had several conversations with a high school classmate, as well as the daughter of my mother’s former coworker, who is also a resident at Arden Courts South Holland about the care they received here. Family Atmosphere

I love Arden Courts of South Holland. I watch families come in as residents, and become family right away. The team is so loving and caring to their residents and family. Having a love one with dementia can become challenging. However, having a village that help you navigate through the challenges is rewarding.
