It now feels like they care more about filling rooms than maintaining quality care and living conditions. The facility is outdated, there’s often an unpleasant odor throughout the building, the food quality is poor, and many of the rooms feel more like small closets than comfortable living spaces. Had to get a new director during my wife's stay as training did not seem to be uniform across all staff and there was some in house bickering. Most admin staff did not go the extra mile to make sure things were clean (bathrooms) and that the rooms were properly stocked with supplies. My own personal caregivers made sure things were made clean and fresh for my wife. Some of the staff were cordial and pleasant. I did have my own caregivers as I did not trust the in house staff.
