My friend has been at this place for more than a year and he’s been mostly on his own. Good luck to anyone that has to stay here. I’ve heard patients yelling for help. A recent roommate has been stealing my friends clothes. They put two adult diapers on him instead of changing him regularly. He had feces left on him because they let him bathe himself, but he’s unable to do that well. We had to purchase our own phone because they kept using a phone that wasn’t working. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They made a point to introduce mom to Other residents, engaged her in the activities, checked on her frequently in her room. Her apartment was a good size with a separate sleeping area and sitting area. The apartment was well kept by the housekeeping staff. While I did not eat there, mom liked the food. There Is No Place Like Argo At 95 years old, I can honestly say there is no place like Argo. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff is not only professional but also warm and genuinely kind. The community is always clean, comfortable, and feels like home. My sister has considerable health issues and Argo is on top of and trys to stay ahead of them. The staff keeps the building in great shape and it reminds me of a very nice hotel.
