The staff was amazing with my mom and provided much needed support for dad. Facility was clean and the residents well cared for. Once my mom passed, it was hard to get a refund for the rest of the month she wasn't there. We had to stay on top of them. (Which is why I gave a 4)

My mom was moved into the facility mid June. Staff were amazing, helpful, supportive of my mom and dad. Owner and head nurse were incredibly helpful admitting her and making the transfer. We paid the facility fee of $[removed] and prorated June. We paid the full price for July. On [date removed], my mom passed away. Since the funeral we have called and texted about a refund for days that were never used in July. We were told we would receive it but it is mid September and no refund. Excellent caring place. It's a small facility. The entire staff and owner are extremely caring about every resident. Wished we went there sooner.

We were given a tour of the facility and shown the available rooms and how the day is set up. The staff were seen interacting with the residents and everyone was up and dressed early. The assessment was done at our home and the nurse manager was wonderful. We were given her contact information and told we could use it whenever we needed it. Compassion and understanding was what we loved the most from the initial process. Our mom will be moving in the first of the month.

Assisted living as it should be

The staff are wonderful. They multitask and everyone helps with everything. There are twelve residents and the layout is small, but it allows for the residents to smell and see what's cooking in the kitchen. The food is good and they offer a three week menu rotations. The staff are like a family. They really care about each other and the residents. They are very attentive to the resident's needs and offer very personalized care.
