What a BEAUTIFUL community

I recently visited a family friend here at Artis of Palm Coast. Wow.. what a beautiful place! It looks like its own city practically inside. If you have a loved one that just likes to keep walking, this community has the space for it! Very clean, staff are all very nice, and the activities were very creative and fun. Great

Wonderful and caring place. Staff treats everyone with respect and pays attention to their needs. Many activities throughout the day to keep residents engaged. Residents have private rooms with large bathroom and shower.

New and Improved

This community not only looks and feels different than any other Memory Care in Palm Coast the staff was amazingly interactive, smiling and are friendly. The residents seemed engaged and the Community is very open and bright with outside access to a courtyard.. A must see before you make a decison

Nurses aides so over and above with their care for the resident and visitors and hospice is outstanding.

First Impressions

First impressed are always the best.. I found the evolutive staff to be sincere and caring. This continued when my spouse became a resident the caregiver the nurses everyone. I cannot. Thank you.

Huge disappointment!

Use to be [community removed] a caring loving memory care facility. My loved one enjoyed all the activities and staff. Since being sold and now operating as Artis of Palm Coast, the occupancy has gone from 64 to approx. 30. Residents that are wheelchair bound and require more care have been asked to leave, staff including nursing staff have left due to the new cold corporate atmosphere and expectations that go against their core values. The directors are never circulating, music no longer plays throughout. I will…
