CriticalThefts occurring
Rooms are not secure. Too many people have keys and walk into rooms without client in room. Get a camera if moving in to this facility. Food is disappointing. Serving pizza for dinner is not acceptable! Difficulty speaking to management with slot of turn over. Activities director not visibly involved with clients. Staff you do have contact with are friendly.

PositiveI had the best tour ever. The food was fantastic. I was treated like a queen. The staff I saw, from the driver to the executive director, were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered me a great deal, but that deal was contingent upon me moving in within 2 weeks. I couldn't get out of my lease that quickly. Also, the community fee was quite a bit higher than I could pay. I would probably go there if these things worked out before I can get Aid and Attendance.

Mom needed a change of life. My wife & I fell in love with Harbor Chase after [name removed] gave us a thorough tour. The staff seemed friendly & fully engaged. The facility is clean, bright, & has a positive energy about it. After a week in Harbor Chase, I truly feel that mom is safe. I also feel my mom is coming out of her lonely shell.
