★★★★★
PositiveThe staff/care were excellent, admin related responsiveness was high, onsite activities were great and supported social engagement, cleanliness was great. I recall that the food may have just been ok . My mom had a studio and I didn't see the larger rooms.
★★★★★
PositiveSo very good care of my husband. his caregivers were thoughtful, kind and involved. the facility was basically well maintained. the day programming was excellent! My main reservation was the poor communication with me.
★★★★★
PositiveThe admin staff turns over a lot. The meal schedule is rigid. They have started to charge for meals eaten in the room. The caregivers are good, but they are understaffed. They raised prices and decreased value. Multiple head nurses and admin directors within one year
★★★★★
PositiveVariety of activities even though my mom participates in few. Most of the care partners are very patient and kind to the residents, although there are a couple that complain a bit. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond to situations
★★★★★
PositiveOur loved one does not participate in the activities. What we like the most about the community is that the staff are amazing, kind and helpful. There is always a settling in period. Once we got past the busyness of the move in and getting established it's been great.

CriticalI am warning you now. Artis of Lakeview is awful in every way. They will lie to your face to get you in and then you’ll find out how horrible and expensive it is. No amenities, every single thing costs extra, food is fast food, processed type food, indifferent and uncaring staff and rampant theft. We personally experienced all of the above before immediately taking my mom out. We found a MUCH better place at 1/2 the cost of this [removed]. Artis of Lakeview should be shuttered for sheer incompetence.
