I found this to be more of a nursing home than a memory care center. Most of the promised therapies (music, art, physical, etc.) were never provided. My loved one was surrounded by extremely disabled, feeble, and very elderly residents whose needs appeared more medical than memory-related. The freedom to access the kitchen, courtyard, and activities was limited or nonexistent. The food choices and meals were not as presented. My family's experience

The food seems to me to have a lot of carbs. My loved one had a behavior issue, health issue, etc and the nursing staff was & is excellent about calling me & keeping me up to date. The price increase this year was 7% which shocked me. The activities director works very hard to provide activities for the residents.

Family experience

I can honestly give you a solid 5 on all 8 categories. My Mom was there for only 5 months, but my Family was impressed with the facilities and staff from the time we started looking, until we moved out after my Mom's death.
