PositiveIn general the staff have been very helpful. The facility itself is very nice. Meals are decent. No real complaints. One negative is that although they say pets are welcome, it is not set up for dogs as far as an outdoor area. I have not seen any pets other than one brought by visitors.

PositiveI'm in independent living, so I'm not in the main facility under the auspices of assisted living or end of life. However, I will say I have every reason to believe that the quality of care given to those residents in assisted living as well as end of life are very well taken care of. I go over occasionally for events in that facility and the residents that I see in wheelchairs or walking around are clean. PositiveFor me we chose Ascension Living mostly proximity, so convenience. One negative is the lack of cooking options in the rooms--but that can be a positive as well. Over all I would say it is a good choice for families looking at assisted living. The staff are in general very nice and helpful even when the residents sometimes get a bit grouchy. They've been more stable as regards price increases as well.
