CriticalAwful experience for our family
Negative 5. We moved her to a new facility which is much better (in every sense of the word) from staff, to residents, to managers, etc. Upon check out we even discovered she had meds left that she was supposed to have full dosages of by that point. Extremely poor experience on all ends, all of which are no problems at all at the new facility we moved her to. They even did not know she was in the hospital for two days - even though she was taken by ambulance from the facility!

My mom, my husband, my siblings and I are all very pleased with Aspire. My mom is in independent living, so there isn't much medical care provided. They do provide an emergency call button and vaccinations which are much appreciated. There have been some difficulties with finding staff, but I think this may be a universal problem. This is the most consistent complaint among the residents (according to my mom). It's hit and miss with the food. Again though, the fact that she is provided lunch in independent living i…

I didn't have an opportunity to work with Aspire over time, but my experience was mostly positive. If things were different, I am confident we would have addressed my concerns. I should be clear ... my experience was likely unusual. Mom's health declined dramatically in a short period of time, which caught us all by surprise.
