If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Absolutely do not place your loved one here. 1. Communication: NONE. Each Executive Director either resigned or were let go. Regional Ops Directors are not approachable or accessible either by voice mail messages, emails and texts. Wellness Director resigned and was walked out that day. No one to communicate with regarding loved one's care plan. 2. Shortage of staff in EVERY department including CNA's and Caregivers. Agency staff were brought in and many noted that they …

Dorothy stayed in the memory unit but did not have any memory issues. Under management staff the team was great she had nothing but good things to say and appreciated e everything they did. The manager of the memory unit was very rude to her and intimidated her by telling her that she was going to tell us and Dorothy told her I wish you would. She had slid from her lift chair accidentally and the manager told her to get up herself. Very few activities they seem to cancel them daily. Food was good. Cleanliness …

The admin staff are not very neighborly. The food is not so great (you better like chicken). The laundry & housekeeping are very good. I just have a room that fits a twin bed and recliner. Bathroom also. They do include a small refrigerator.
