Most of staff is well trained but it seems the communication at times between management and associates is not good.

Great admin staff but there is room for improvement

The administrative staff is absolutely awesome and very professional. Unfortunately much of their staff does not live up to the standards, promises. and expectations of Atria Del Sol. For example simple things like putting trash liners in trash cans, making beds properly, listening to directions from superiors. Atria del Sol is a well-maintained facility. The staff seemed friendly and caring. [Name Removed] in sales was exceptional!

Unpleasant experience

Make sure it is the right place that cares for your loved ones, not just the money I had set my mother up into a room. I thought she would be happy with the people seemed to be extremely nice but then after I moved in a few of her belongings, they did an assessment. And the assessment was difficult to understand and they added an additional [Amount removed] onto my fee without even my knowledge. They sent me a contract with the new amount. Wouldn't explain it? Atria Del Sol experience

What we like the most about the community are the staff members and the other residents. Yes, we would recommend Atria Del Sol to other families based on the experience so far. My Dad loves it there!

[name removed] was very interested in [name removed] as a resident. She listened to all 3 of us (son [name removed] , daughter [name removed], & me) while [name removed] (son) stayed with [name removed].
