PositiveThere a few negatives but they are pretty inconsequential. If something needs fixing you have to follow-up again with management before it is done. The food is ok/good not great. PositiveThere are many members of the staff that treat her like family and are very nice and welcoming and warm. They are very good at listening to your concerns and making changes to make sure you're happy. My mom doesn't eat solid foods and only eats milkshakes and she doesn't really care for the taste of the milkshakes that would be the only thing I would say as a negative. They are clean and the room size is perfect.
